We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we would hope to resolve any problems you may have.
However if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, you can return the product within 7 working days of receipt (UK), 14 working days (from outside UK) for a full refund providing the product is returned in a resalable condition.
Where you exercise your right to cancel an order after processing, only the product costs will be refunded upon receipt of returned goods as Swim Shelter® does not refund delivery charges.
Before returning an item, please contact us for a return authorisation. You should take care to ensure the item is returned undamaged, unused and in a resalable condition.
Please ensure that all returns are sent back to us by recorded delivery (insured) as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. If any items are damaged or lost upon return your refund will reflect this.
Please ensure you check your order upon delivery for any signs of damage and ensure the delivery note is signed accordingly.
If the item is damaged on delivery please sign for the delivery as ‘damaged’ or your claim for a replacement/refund will not be considered. Please inform us by email at contactus@swimshelter.co.uk within 24 hours (UK) or 48 hours (from outside UK) of delivery. The damaged goods should then be returned to us for a replacement or refund.
Any items damaged during return due to insufficient packaging may only receive a part refund at our discretion.
Delivery costs will only be refunded if goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt. Photographic evidence will be required to support a claim.
Any returned items must be received within 28 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Swim Shelter® upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, will send the correct item and refund the return delivery charges.
Orders returned 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail or our courier will be refunded the cost of products only. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled. If they still require the item the customer will need to reorder.
